5'6" junior welterweight Lucia Rijker of Holland, now living in Los Angeles, California, may be the world's most dangerous female fighter on a pound-for-pound basis. She has been referred to as "The Most Dangerous Woman in the World," "Queen of Lightning," "Lady Ali," and "The Dutch Destroyer." Lucia is also known as Billie the Blue Bear in Clint Eastwood film Million Dollar Babe. She did not only act, but also trained Hillary Swank in boxing for her role as Maggie Fitzgerald. 

Lucia retired from boxing in 2006. She now remains busy with training, giving lectures and seminars to athletes and people from all walks of life to perform their best.

Diana Prazak (34) joined a boxing gym at 27 years old. She had gone through what she now refers to as a fat stage in her life where her weight was approx. 87 to 90kgs. She was a workaholic, a heavy smoker and her self esteem was at an all time low. While drinking at a party her friend invited her to go boxing. They went to a trial class at a local boxing gym. Diana joined the gym that night.

After a year of training Diana had her first amateur fight. Her amateur career lasted a year and a half with 6 fights, 6 wins. In 2010 she turned professional and in 2012 she moved to Los Angeles and start training with Lucia Rijker. Up to her fight with Frida Wallberg, Diana was undefeated in her weight class (Super Feather Weight). The only loss (by points) in her professional career was against Holly Holmes two weight classes above her own.
